An Analyst of Continuous Improvement at Alcoa in Juruti/PA will support the implementation of the Alcoa Business System (ABS) using the Daily Management System (DMS) to ensure execution discipline, performance management, and effective response to deviations. They will also conduct periodic reviews and execution of VSM (Value Stream Mapping) of operational processes to identify waste and prioritize continuous improvement initiatives with impact on safety, quality, and costs.
