About this role

The role supports Marvell's Analog/Mixed-Signal (AMS) and Silicon Photonics IC design teams by setting up, maintaining, and enhancing AMS simulation environments for advanced FinFET and BiCMOS high‑speed projects. The engineer collaborates with analog designers, EDA vendors, TCAD, and foundry teams, evaluates simulation tools, and creates automation scripts to improve verification efficiency.

Responsibilities

Set up and maintain AMS simulation environment for FinFET and BiCMOS projects
Work closely with analog design teams and EDA vendors to resolve simulation issues
Collaborate with TCAD and foundry technology teams on device and circuit modeling
Evaluate and benchmark AMS simulation tools and present findings to design teams
Create automation scripts to improve design and verification team efficiency
