About this role
The Analysis Engineer will support the xEV Inverter team by diagnosing and analyzing returned parts, warranty claims, and customer complaints for Electric Vehicle products. The role focuses on identifying root causes of failures in Power Control Units (PCU), inverter assemblies, and related components, and communicating findings to internal stakeholders and customers. This position involves hands-on component testing, detailed documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction.
