This role is responsible for managing analysts across structural, thermal, and nuclear disciplines, ensuring high-quality technical output in support of mission-critical programs. The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise in engineering analysis, and the ability to collaborate across various engineering and program management teams.
Zeno Power is a nuclear energy company that develops and manufactures nuclear batteries powered by radioisotope decay, delivering years of reliable, clean energy for extreme environments. The company builds radioisotope Stirling generators for customers including NASA, the Pentagon, and the U.S. Space Force, targeting applications from deep-sea seabed infrastructure to lunar surface missions. Zeno Power is establishing nuclear battery manufacturing at the historic Vallecitos Nuclear Center and expects to deliver products to market starting in 2026–2027.
