Analyst, Accounts Payable

The Analyst, Accounts Payable is responsible for the accurate and timely capture, coding, and processing of invoices for payment while maintaining professional communications with vendors and internal business partners. This role involves monitoring the three-way match process, managing open and aged payables, and ensuring the accuracy of vendor master data and corporate credit cards. The position also requires performing year-end 1099s, reviewing vendor statements for credits, and protecting company assets through effective internal control procedures.
