Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end operational support for the integration platform ensuring stability
Monitor platform health and message flow using enterprise observability tools
Troubleshoot integration issues independently and perform root cause analysis
Manage backup, restore, and recovery processes with regular testing
Create and maintain support documentation including SOPs and runbooks
