Analyst, Capital Markets and Formation

The Analyst, Capital Markets and Formation at Crusoe is responsible for managing the company's financial structure by sourcing and strategically deploying capital. This role involves supporting capital formation initiatives, executing financing strategies, creating and analyzing financial models, and monitoring market activity. Additionally, the analyst will engage in relationship management with external capital partners and collaborate internally with treasury and finance teams to manage capital allocation and risk.
