About this role

The Analyst, Clinical Operations Workforce Optimization sits on the Operations Analytics & Workforce Optimization team and is responsible for ensuring Clinical Operations has the right staffing and capacity to meet member needs efficiently. This role combines forecasting, staffing model development, and short-term scheduling to drive operational efficiency and strategic workforce planning. It is a full-time, primarily remote position reporting to the Director of Operations Analytics & Workforce Optimization and partnering closely with Clinical Operations leadership.
