About this role
Responsible for assessing trade flow plans and the commercial, operational and legal aspects of oil sale and purchase transactions. The role drafts and reviews commercial contracts and related agreements to ensure they reflect negotiated terms and Trafigura’s interests. It also identifies and escalates transactional risks and coordinates with internal stakeholders across Trading, Cargo Operations, Trade Finance and Legal.
