About this role

Hamilton Lane is seeking recent college graduates to join its Fund Investment & Managed Solutions team as part of a prestigious two-year analyst program. First-year analysts will conduct investment due diligence, screen opportunities, and assist in client management, while second-year analysts take on greater ownership of recommendations and mentor junior staff. The role offers exposure to global private markets portfolios and potential for promotion to Associate upon successful completion.

Responsibilities

Conduct initial review and formulate recommendations for private equity and credit fund opportunities
Perform in-depth due diligence on fund managers and investment opportunities
Monitor portfolios and generate written reports on current fund investments
Assist in client portfolio development including allocation decisions and strategic plans
Respond to ad hoc prospect and client questions and special requests

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field3.0 or higher overall GPAEnglish fluency
