This role involves leading multiple Workday modules to design, implement, and enhance HRIS systems that meet business needs. The position acts as a consultative partner to HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders on organizational hierarchies, security models, and module integrations. Key duties include configuring core modules, managing upgrades, developing reports, and providing second-level support to end users.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Core HCM, Compensation, and Time & Absence Workday modules
Design and maintain automated queries, calculated fields, and advanced reports
Lead requirement-gathering workshops to assess gaps and propose system-driven solutions
Provide expert second-level support and troubleshoot complex system issues
Manage security access settings and perform regular system audits for compliance

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or Information Systems5 years of professional Information systems experienceHR certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP (Preferred)Human Resources Information Professional (HRIP) certification (Preferred)
