Analyst, IT Support and Network

An Onsite IT representative at DrinkPAK's DP1 facility in California will blend hands-on user support, hardware/asset management, and network administration for the entire site. The role involves managing day-to-day IT infrastructure, troubleshooting, and deploying new hardware while maintaining organized documentation of tickets and issues. This position requires a working knowledge of network fundamentals, security best practices, and familiarity with high-availability servers and networks.
