About this role
This role sits within AIA’s Marketing, Distribution & Partnership team supporting Policy Services - Partnership Distribution. The position focuses on post-inception servicing for in-force life and accident & health policies and serves as the primary contact between partnering distributors and internal stakeholders. The role reports to the Operations Manager of Policy Services and supports the delivery of timely, compliant servicing.
