About this role
The Analyst, Risk Adjustment Coding supports Strive’s clinical team and partner nephrologists by providing risk adjustment education and clinical documentation support. The role drives growth and improvement of risk adjustment capabilities through training, education, and management of coding and documentation improvement programs. The analyst ensures diagnostic and procedure coding compliance with CMS, NCQA, third-party payers, and other regulatory agencies and reports to the Sr. Director, Risk Adjustment.
