Analyst Tour & Revenue Optimization

This Analyst position supports the Tour and Revenue Optimization team by maintaining the analytical foundation used to align tour demand, guest quality, sales and marketing performance, tour-grid capacity, room inventory, staffing, and financial objectives. The role produces reliable insights, leverages AI-driven efficiencies, performance reporting, dashboards, and actionable recommendations that help leaders optimize tour slot allocation, improve yield and profitability, and identify opportunities or risks earlier. Working across Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Yield Management, Dispatch, and site operations, the Analyst also promotes accurate data, consistent reporting, and efficient processes across regions.
