Analyst

The Analyst will support the debt syndication function by driving risk distribution and deal origination activities, handling end-to-end execution of syndication transactions, preparing market-facing documentation, and managing lender relationships. The role involves working closely with business units, conducting market research, preparing information memorandums and financial models, and ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the transaction lifecycle.
