Analyst

This role focuses on owning the end-to-end customer-growth outcome, from onboarding and activation to retention and expansion revenue. The position involves establishing clear metrics for the customer lifecycle, identifying behaviors that predict long-term growth, and translating data into actionable insights for product and go-to-market decisions. The Analyst partners with cross-functional teams to design rigorous growth experiments and set the technical direction for company-wide customer-growth measurement.
