A Data Management Analyst responsible for ensuring the integrity and reliability of operational data, designing and analyzing datasets, and producing productivity and performance indicators. The role supports decision-making by analyzing performance metrics, issuing findings and recommendations, and acting as the primary data resource for operational metrics. This is a temporary position reporting to the director and working closely with teams to support reporting and mitigation planning.
