Responsibilities

Participate in analysis of venture capital and Mid-Market tech investment proposals
Perform rigorous financial modeling and sensitivity analysis for investment theses
Review investment memos and formulate value-added recommendations
Actively participate in due diligence reviews and support transaction closing
Proactively monitor portfolio companies through financial and operational reporting
