We are seeking an On-Site Support Analyst to provide Level 1 technical support, ensure service continuity, and effectively resolve incidents within a demanding industrial environment. This role requires on-site expertise in desktop and network hardware configuration, troubleshooting, and ticket management to minimize operational disruptions. You will act as the local point of contact for global IS&T teams while working collaboratively with remote resolution groups and vendors.
