Antheia is seeking an Analytical Development Lead to join the Analytical Development group, where you will collaborate with biology and fermentation teams to develop and support analytical solutions for metabolic engineering and scale-up processes. The role involves refining analytical operations, developing specialized methods across various instruments, and managing a team of Analytical Chemists to deliver high-value solutions in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a strong background in analytical chemistry and leadership skills to drive innovation in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize analytical methods for small molecule quantification using UPLC-UV, LC-MS, and GC-MS
Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Analytical Chemists while directing daily work and performance evaluations
Troubleshoot instrumentation failures and resolve analytical method errors while training junior staff on routine assays
