Analytical Lead

This role serves as the analytical lead for oral solid dosage and/or parenteral products, shaping how analytical methods are designed, validated, and deployed to accelerate medicines from lab to clinic. The position involves defining end-to-end analytical control strategies, leading method development and product characterisation, and authoring regulatory CMC content to ensure product robustness and regulatory success. The role requires close collaboration with formulation, engineering, manufacturing, QA, and regulatory teams to streamline clinical supply and drive commercial readiness.
