About this role

The Analytics Analyst acts as an internal consultant to build statistical models and integrate large-scale datasets that support pricing strategies and strategic decision-making for property and casualty insurance. This role serves as a bridge between raw data and actionable insights by partnering with actuarial, product, and underwriting teams to ensure models are built on accurate, scalable data. The position involves creating predictive models, developing data views, and enhancing existing tools to monitor the impact of business decisions.

Responsibilities

Build predictive models for consumer behavior and loss costs
Integrate internal and external data sources to address business problems
Create reports and data views to support business partners
Enhance existing tools to simulate and monitor business decision impacts

Skills

Qualifications

B.A. or B.S. in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Actuarial Science, or Computer ScienceAdvanced degree preferred
