Analytics Engineer

Harbor Compliance is launching its first company-wide data and analytics platform, consolidating fragmented data from HubSpot, financial systems, and HRIS into a unified AI-augmented source of truth. As an Analytics Engineer, you will join the Data Platform & Analytics team to transform raw data into models, metrics, and dashboards that support daily business operations. You will collaborate directly with stakeholders to solve ambiguous problems, define shared metrics, and ensure data trustworthiness through testing and governance. The role involves building clean dbt models in Snowflake, creating BI dashboards, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate development workflows.
