Ancillary Operator

The Ancillary Operator plays a key role in the Open Cut Mining team by safely and efficiently operating heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators, graders, and water carts to achieve production targets. This position involves maintaining pit conditions, executing tasks from Dispatch/Production, and ensuring accurate documentation and safety compliance. The role requires working within a high-performing crew to support daily and weekly operational goals.
