A BC/BE Anesthesiologist position as an associate in the newly formed Department of Anesthesiology at Mary Washington Healthcare. The role supports clinical care across three facilities including a Level II Trauma center, community hospital, and ambulatory surgery center, and is linked to a new anesthesiology residency program beginning July 2025. The position offers a generous base compensation package, 9 weeks of PTO, CME time, and a schedule designed to support work–life balance.
