Animal Behavior and Wellbeing Intern

This seasonal internship at Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium supports the Animal Behavior and Wellbeing department by assisting with daily animal husbandry, training, enrichment, and welfare programs. Interns will work alongside keeper staff to develop behavioral data, implement operant conditioning techniques, and potentially deliver public presentations. The role provides hands-on experience in an AZA-accredited facility while contributing to conservation science and animal stewardship initiatives.
