About this role
Monarch’s Annual Fund Manager develops and executes multi-channel fundraising strategies to cultivate, solicit, and steward mid-level donors to meet annual fundraising targets and strengthen major and planned giving pipelines. The role supports Monarch’s behavioral health and disability services across North Carolina and Rhode Island and reports to the Director of Philanthropy. This position requires collaboration across teams and occasional travel, evenings, and weekend work as needed.
