The Annual Fund Officer is a remote position based in or commutable to the Washington, DC area, responsible for executing fundraising operations totaling $3M annually with a goal of growing the budget to $4M. This dual-focus role combines front-facing donor engagement and direct solicitation with hands-on fundraising production, including grant drafting, reporting, and campaign execution. The position reports to the Director of Development and works closely with the President and Communications team to achieve annual and multi-year fundraising goals.
