Annual Giving Manager

The Annual Giving Manager will join the Development team to build and manage a portfolio of individual donors, focusing on welcoming new supporters, retaining current ones, and re-engaging lapsed contributors. This role involves direct donor cultivation, solicitation, and campaign execution to strengthen the organization's pipeline of supporters and move relationships toward deeper engagement. The position offers significant ownership and relationship-based fundraising opportunities within a full-time, exempt capacity.
