About this role

The Production Support Responsible Engineering Authority (REA) role leads engineering teams to support the production, test, and integration of Active Electronically Scanned Arrays (AESA) for Advance Sensor Programs. This position collaborates with cross-functional teams across Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality to resolve technical issues and ensure delivery goals are met. The incumbent provides technical expertise in RF electronics and manufacturing processes while mentoring early-career engineers and maintaining high turnaround times.

Responsibilities

Lead a group of engineers on technical matters related to production and integration
Provide technical support and expertise for AESA CCA's and testsets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices
Resolve issues on production lines to maintain turnaround times
Mentor and train early-career engineers in RF and AESA testing
