Advise on antitrust and competition aspects of strategic transactions
Coordinate responses to foreign investment review authorities
Provide guidance on EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation compliance
Engage with global antitrust and competition authorities
Mitigate regulatory risks across the enterprise
