As part of the IT Application Management team, the Applications Manager provides technical application responsibility to ensure stable and efficient operations within the payment processing business field. The role involves supporting projects for the introduction and further development of payment applications, coordinating with internal departments and external partners, and managing incident, change, and problem management processes. Additionally, the position oversees vendor contract management, service level agreements, and compliance with regulatory requirements such as information security.
