AP Entry Clerk Intern

The AP Entry Clerk Intern supports the Accounts Payable function by accurately entering, coding, and organizing vendor invoices and related financial documents. This supervised, entry-level internship provides hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting operations under the guidance of the AP Associate or Finance management. The role focuses on data entry, invoice matching, and maintaining organized financial records without authority to approve payments or initiate transfers.
