AP Specialist

The AP Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of accounts payable transactions to support the company's Projects, Maintenance, and Workforce Solutions divisions. This role involves maintaining vendor records, processing invoices and expense reimbursements, executing weekly check runs, and ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors and employees. The position reports to the AR/AP Manager and collaborates with the broader accounting team to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.
