AP112 Mechanical Engineering Technician

This role involves supporting the design, fabrication, and assembly of precision opto-mechanical components and lab machinery for NASA's Next Generation X-ray Optics technology. The position requires hands-on integration of electromechanical systems, automation, and motion control, alongside data acquisition and analysis using Python or MATLAB. The technician will also conduct precision metrology measurements and support X-ray testing at Goddard's beamlines.
