The APAC L&D Lead for Real Estate Management Services at JLL oversees regional learning and development strategy and programs for APAC REMS, and supports Global Account Management L&D. The role is responsible for launching and sustaining the REMS Skills Academy and learning hubs, and partners with People, Talent & Development leads to align scaled L&D activities with the global REMS strategy. The position focuses on accelerating skills and careers to support business line growth across the region.
