About this role
APAC Marketing Manager – Skin & Home will lead marketing for the skin and home segment within Ashland’s Personal Care business across the Asia Pacific region. Based in Shanghai and reporting to the APAC General Manager, Personal Care, the role focuses on growing the business, defining regional portfolio and innovation strategy, and aligning products and marketing with regional trends and customer needs. The position requires cross-functional collaboration with R&D, manufacturing, supply chain and sales and includes regional travel to engage customers and internal partners.
