The Apartment Maintenance Service Technician is responsible for ensuring the physical asset of the community meets company standards and applicable laws through diagnosing problems and making repairs. This full-time role involves hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance across various areas including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and drywall. The position requires addressing service requests, performing preventive maintenance, and participating in an on-call rotation.
