The Apartment Maintenance Service Technician is responsible for ensuring the physical asset of the community meets company standards and applicable laws through diagnosing problems and performing repairs. This full-time role involves hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance across various areas including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and drywall. The technician will also handle service requests, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs while maintaining accurate records and inventory.
