Apartment Maintenance Staff

This role is responsible for the repair, upkeep, and maintenance of MACV-owned apartment complexes and residential homes throughout the metro area. The position involves performing general maintenance, conducting unit inspections, coordinating repairs with vendors, and ensuring properties are ready for occupancy. The role requires proactive problem-solving, effective communication with tenants and staff, and maintaining a safe and dignified living environment for Veterans.
