Apartment Maintenance Technician - Unit Turns / General Repairs / Grounds

The Apartment Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing resident service requests, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring the timely reconditioning of vacant units. The role involves maintaining property grounds, handling snow removal, and providing 24-hour emergency service. The technician will also monitor inventory, participate in training, and report to the Site Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
