Berger Communities
The Apartment Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing service issues in apartment homes and buildings, preparing vacant units for new residents, and performing preventative maintenance and grounds upkeep. The role includes participation in emergency call rotations, snow removal, and occasional weekend, evening, and on‑call shifts, with a focus on resident satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
