Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in Hematology and/or Oncology providing specialty care in an acute or outpatient setting. The APP assesses and diagnoses patients, develops and implements medical plans of care, and evaluates patient responses in collaboration with a sponsoring physician under a Collaborative Practice Agreement. The role delivers patient- and family-centered care, coordinates services, and follows state and federal regulations and evidence-based standards.
