About this role
The Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Neonatal Physician Assistant (PA) delivers comprehensive, evidence-based clinical care to neonates in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at The Valley Hospital. The APP may also provide support to the newborn nursery and attend routine newborn deliveries as needed. The role collaborates with neonatologists and the interdisciplinary team to optimize clinical outcomes, safety, and the family experience.
