About this role
The Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Neonatal Physician Assistant (PA) delivers comprehensive, evidence-based clinical care to neonates in The Valley Hospital's Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The clinician may also support the newborn nursery and attend routine deliveries as needed. The role works closely with neonatologists and the interdisciplinary care team to optimize clinical outcomes, safety, and the family experience.

Qualifications
- NNP Master's/Doctoral Degree
- NJ Registered Nurse License
- Advanced Practice Nurse License
- NNP Certification (NCC or equivalent)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification
- PA Master's Degree
- New Jersey PA License
- NCCPA Certification
