Full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) position with Carilion Family Medicine in Blacksburg shared between the Plantation Road office and Warm Hearth clinic. The schedule is three days per week at Plantation Road (Tues-Thurs) and two days at Warm Hearth (Mon and Fri). Applicants must have at least three years of experience.
