The Nurse Practitioner (NP) is an inpatient advanced practice provider on the Acute Care Surgery (ACS) team, delivering care to emergency general surgery and trauma patients within a team-based surgical service. The position is full-time, primarily scheduled as four 10-hour day shifts per week, and includes weekend/holiday rotations and variable on-call shifts. The NP collaborates with surgeons and residents to support perioperative and inpatient management and participates in clinical improvement and evidence-based practice.
