Appeals Coordinator

The Appeals Coordinator processes and documents all aspects of appeal cases, including receipt, investigation, and resolution, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as NCQA, URAC, CMS, and DOL. This role involves collaborating with members, providers, and internal teams to manage workflows and maintain accurate case documentation. The position supports the Appeals Department by assisting specialists with day-to-day operations and ensuring timely, compliant resolutions.
