About this role
The Managed Services Application Advisor provides expert EHR design, build, testing, and advanced troubleshooting services for Nordic’s clients, acting as the technical lead for small to medium customers. The role oversees customer engagements, ensures application stability and integration, and supports change and release activities. The advisor also mentors and orients other Managed Services team members and liaises with customer stakeholders up to the C-suite.
